I was met by very very helpful and affable staff at the lobby. Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. It was reasonably spacious with a special atmosphere.

Absolutely WOW experience during my Xmas stay! the hotel's beautiful renovation impressed us from the moment we walked in. the friendly staff provided top-notch service with a bubbly welcome and even a Prosecco treat upon check-in. the rooftop pool area offered a refreshing escape with a stunning view of the location. Being close to key attractions and having the Batson River Brewery & Distillery on-site were huge pluses! the eclectic style of the loft-like rooms truly exceeded all expectations, making it our favorite stay of the year.
One night was definitely not enough at this amazing hotel! Wish we had more time to soak in the fantastic vibe and enjoy all the amenities.
